Microsoft Teams PBX Integration

The Covid-19 emergency has changed many organisations perceptions of how business will be conducted now and in the future.


Included in our solution designs is the ability for Staff to work remotely. With Microsoft Teams becoming a widely used communication tool, we can include a Session Border Controller for Microsoft Teams integration to securely handle internal and external voice and video communication.
Our Session Border Controller is an entirely software-based solution and allows incompatible SIP-endpoints to communicate with one another seamlessly.

SIP Trunk

SIP trunking is a method of sending voice and other unified communications services over the internet using Session Initiation Protocol.


It works with an IP-enabled PBX and utilises a packet switch network, in which voice calls are broken down into digital packets and sent across a network to the destination.
